먼저 기름을 두르고 다진마늘 그리고 다진생강, 고춧가루를 넣고 살짝 볶아주었어요
원래 고춧가루 대신 고추기름을 쓰는데 이날은 귀찮아서 고춧가루를 타지 않게끔만 만들어주었습니다
비율은 다진마늘2 다진생강1 고춧가루2.5 정도 넣었어요
대파도 있으면 다져서 넣으면 됩니다
First, put oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper powder and stir-fry it
I usually use red pepper oil instead of red pepper powder, but I was too lazy to make it so that it wouldn't burn

다진 것들이고 고춧가루라 살짝만 둬도 타기가 쉬워 돼지고기 민찌를 반주먹 바로 넣어주었어요

The ingredients can burn quickly, so I added minced pork right away

여기에 간장을 한스푼, 미림을 소주컵 한잔 정도 넣었습니다.
I put a 1T of soy sauce and a 70ml of Mirim(Cooking wine)

여기에 양파 반개와 감자 반개를 썰어서 넣어줬어요

야채들을 한번 볶다가 춘장 한스푼, 굴소스 반스푼, 설탕 한스푼 넣었습니다.
그리고 한번 더 볶아주었어요

And stir-fry it one more time

생수를 자박하게 부어주고 춘장과 양념들을 잘 풀어줬어요

전분과 물을 1:1로 푼 전분물을 한두스푼 정도 넣으면서 농도를 맞춰줬습니다.
전분물 넣을때 불이 켜져있는 상태에서 넣으면 되고 한스푼씩 넣으며 농도를 보고 멈추시면 돼요
